Teamsters Local 350 is proud to share that earlier today, President Robert M. Sandoval was nominated and appointed by the Teamsters California Hispanic Caucus Board of Directors to serve on its Executive Board as 2nd Vice President.
Brother Sandoval follows in the footsteps of former Secretary-Treasurer Bob Morales, who served as President of the Caucus for many years and helped lay a strong foundation for Latino leadership in labor.

Like many of us who are proud to call ourselves American, I’m equally proud to be the son and grandson of Panamanian and Salvadoran immigrants. My roots are deeply connected to the hardworking Latino labor movement—a story that’s long been part of the foundation of California and our union.
Now more than ever, we need to stay focused on advancing the interests of working people, protecting our communities through safe working conditions, and creating opportunities to uplift and educate the next generation of labor leaders. I look forward to getting the work done.”
